MASTERS v1.00 (217k)
MASTERS is the program that I used to generate all the age-adjusted running tables provided in these web pages. You can browse tables for your specific age, get appropriate interval training workouts, see equivalent performance tables, and even age- and sex-adjust the results from a race.

XCMeet v1.1 (266k)
XCMeet is a program designed to score cross-country meets. It was designed for the 1996 SEC Cross-Country Championships, held at the University of Mississippi. The program worked flawlessly that day, generating individual and team results within 5 minutes! That's right, results were printed within 5 minutes after the last runner crossed the finish line.

This program was used for the second time at Hamilton High School, in the SouthTrust Invitational High School meet. The program handled (with very minor problems) almost 800 runners, in 6 separate races.

SPLITS v1.01 (35k)
Use Splits to predict a race time based on times from other races or training runs. This program has some "natural language" capabilities that are pretty interesting. You can, for instance, specify that your previous time is from a 5K training run that is very hilly, and the "training" and "very hilly" components will be used in calculating the prediction.
